Ingredients.
Zest of 1 lemon.
3 1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar
pinch of salt
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups of yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup of grated coconut. fresh preferably
1/3 cup of raisins.
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
1 tsp butter to spread in casserole bake.
Preparation
Grease your baking pan with butter and set aside.
Preheat your oven
in a deep pot without turning on the stove yet. Mix the milk. Stir, then add the sugar and move to
add the pinch of salt, lemon zest, cinnamon sticks, vanilla, and nutmeg, and stir.
Add the cornmeal, grated coconut, and raisins. Incorporates well.
Now turn on your stove and add the butter.
Over medium heat, begin to stir constantly with a wooden spoon so that it does not stick.
When it thickens, remove the cinnamon sticks, and when you see that the flour is no longer falling from the spoon when you lift it, remove it from the fire.
Add it to the baking pan and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180g.c
Remove and let cool for at least 1 hour.
It will be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside from the grated coconut. Delicious. Enjoy.

1/3 taza de pasas.
3 cdas de mantequilla sin sal.
1 cdita mantequilla para untar en cacerola hornear.
Preparacion
unta tu cacerola de hornear con mantequilla y reserva.
pre calienta tu horno
en una olla profunda y sin prender la estufa aun. mezcla las leches.mueve
luego agrega el azucar y mueve
agrega la pizca de sal, ralladura de el limon, palitos de canela, vainilla y nuez moscada y mueve.
agrega la harina de maiz, elcoco rallado y pasas. incorpora bien.
ahora prende tu estufa y agrega la mantequilla.
a fuego medio comienza a mover constante con cuchara de madera, que no se pegue.
cuando espese saca los palitos de canela y cuando veas que esta la harina ya no se cae de la cuchara cuando la levantas retiras de el guego.
agregala en la cacerola de hornear y ponla al horno por 45minutos a 180g.c
saca y deja enfriar minimo 1 hora.
estara crujiente por fuera y suabe por dentro, por el coco rallado. deliciosa. disfruta.
